Group Order Policy

Bulk Order & Return Policy – YourChoice Scrubs 


At YourChoice Scrubs, we work closely with schools and organizations to ensure all group orders are accurate, high-quality, and delivered on time. Please review our group ordering and return guidelines below.



Order Deadlines


  • Each bulk order will have a clearly stated portal closing date.
  • Late orders will not be accepted unless pre-approved by the school and paid in full at the time of order.




Production & Delivery



  • Standard production timelines include 7–10 business days for shipping plus 2-3 weeks for embroidery after the portal closes and the order is placed.
  • All uniforms will be delivered to the school for distribution on the agreed date. Early pickups are not available.




Refunds & Cancellations

 

  • Once the group order is placed with our supplier, all sales are final.
  • If a refund is approved under special circumstances, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted.
  • Embroidered/customized items cannot be refunded or exchanged once production has started.




Returns for Defects

 

  • Any defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery to the school.
  • Photos or supporting details may be requested for verification.




Communication Guidelines

 

  • All order status updates will be provided to the designated school contact, who will communicate with students.
  • All communication must be respectful and professional.
  • Repeated or excessive calls, texts, or emails outside of business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST) will not be answered.
